2015-16 MCA Members,
I trust this finds you well and enjoying your winter season, whether you are presently coaching, resting after the fall season or ramping up for the spring.
There are a few items I would like to bring to your attention:
- Due to the resignations of President Elect, Tracy Scott and Class B Rep, Kip Ryan, I appointed Kim Sorkness from Broadview as Class C Director and Jim Carroll from Conrad as Class B Director this past year. They both will be on the online ballot in May. According to the MCA Constitution, the MCA Board of directors is the nominating committee. If you would like to be considered as a nominee for one of these positions (Class B or Class C Rep) , or would like to suggest someone else, please submit your suggestion for board consideration in writing, via email or letter, to me no later than March 15th.
- The MCA Scholarship application is updated and open on the website. https://montanacoaches.com/scholarships/
- Longevity Awards are available for coaches/AD’s/trainers who have served for 15 years and then in 5 year increments. 15 and 20 recipients receive certificates, but may upgrade to plaques for $13. Those who are eligible and apply for 25 years and up, receive a plaque, compliments of MCA. You do not automatically receive this award – You must apply online at http://montanacoaches.powermediallc.org/longevity-form/
