Keeping administrative costs to a minimum is a priority for the MCA. Your cooperation with this online registration system saves our organization both administrative costs and time. You do not need a PayPal account, but it is an option. You also have the choice to pay with a credit card. If you do use PayPal, make sure you get two receipts: 1) One from the MCA with a message that we received your application; 2) one from PayPal with a message that your payment was received. Your membership card will be mailed to you. We process cards once a week, so you should receive your card in about two weeks.
