Though September is almost over, we do hope to bring you some encouragement each month. Below is a link to a presentation by Dr. Michael Matury, an MCA Clinic presenter of many years. We thank him for taking the time to record his presentation. We hope you will find a few minutes to enjoy and learn from this small piece of the 2020 MCA Coaches Clinic. MCA President, Dennis Murphy, has also written a few words to encourage and challenge you.
Dr. Michael Matury joined the Great Falls Chiropractic Clinic in March of 2005. He began his undergraduate studies at Purdue University in 1983 in Electrical/Biomedical Engineering, graduating in 1991 with a B.S. in Biology. He received his D.C. degree in Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1989.

A few words from your MCA President, Dennis Murphy:
Coach,
First, I thank you for sharing your passion for your sport with the student/athletes of Montana. I believe that more than ever, your position as a coach is significant in the development and well-being of our students. Students have the burning desire to get back into practices and competitions that has been interrupted by the pandemic. The dedicated coaches/advisors of Montana will help this year’s student-athletes achieve their individual and team successes that they all have envisioned and been waiting for.
I feel for those students who missed out on last spring’s sports seasons. The memories and triumphs that were there for students and coaches have been lost forever. This is why you and your athletes must cherish the opportunity to get back to the courts and playing fields this fall. We need to be diligent in following guidelines that have been place before us to help minimize the chance of the spread of COVID-19, so that all athletes and coaches can cherish this time in their lives. Take advantage of this season, developing memories that will last a lifetime.
I hope that all of you can find comfort, during this unprecedented time, and really enjoy the activities that you are dedicated to. Savor the victories, whether large or small, and do not dwell on loses, rather learn from them. Be thankful that you have the opportunity to be back and involved in activities that you deeply appreciate and love.
We have all enjoyed the great victory of getting started again. I hope that you have many more great victories and moments during your sports season and throughout the entire year. Thanks again for what you do and BE SAFE.
Dennis Murphy
